Très bien, cet c'est clair qu'il y en a pas mal. Par contre, coté développement, tu pourrais rajouter toutes les versions Express de M$, qui sont franchement, de très bons outils, et qui dans assez peu de cas trouvent une limite à leur gratuité.

Deux remarques :

1/ Ouais, ça date un peu. Par exemple, Sodipodi, maintenant c'est Inkscape - qui d'ailleurs est aussi dans la liste.

2/ Quand c'est libre, ça ne signifie par forcément que c'est gratuit. Par contre, si tu pars sous Linux (ou consulte Framasoft), tu verras des listes ultra complètes de milliers de logiciels [libres] à disposition classés par genre. Je pense qu'il est plus pertinent de rediriger vers un tel site que de tenter de dresser ce genre de liste.
