ok about the memory issue, you might have UIX installed and you are getting the memory screen from UIX (seems to cause issues). Get rid of UIX (please for the love of god!) and your problem shall be fixed. As for the controller issue, as long as you double check you are updated w/ the latest dash2gam and update you should NOT have any issues w/ the controller ports. Before the latest version I used to have issues with that too but not after the *update*. peace! r50la

In d2g v2.3 is there a way to get around the 45 icon entry limit in the icons.xip? Does it have to do with the dash itself or the skin?

It works for me with v2.2, not for v2.3.

I do not understand french. Anyone know how to make icons show in v2.3? I understand it is not the same format as v2.2 .

In v2.2, I edited my icons.xip file to show game icons, i found out that there was a bug when adding more than 45 entries to the default.xap file within the icons.xip. That bug caused the colors to mess up on v2.2. Hope that helps. ----------------- For v2.3, in the description above it says: I have tried to figure this out and I still cant get it to work. Your xbe should ALSO be in the root of C or wherever your bios loads the xbe's on startup. AND also modify your config.ini and/or config_pro.ini to reflect any changes. Hope this helps. BTW, how are you launching the dashboard?

I created a new icons pack for my xbox games. Now all my games have icons on them . You my icons.xip here. I also had changed some of the standard xbe game names so some of the xap's are named differently than what came with the game. rob

Has anyone try making a updated "icons.xip" file for dash2gam v2.2? The xip only contains like 20 icon images for games. I guess I can do it *sigh* but I am sure someone out there already created one.

Anyone else not have sound? I have a background wma song playing for my background music, but i have no transition sound between menu's. Is this a problem for anyone else? Dash2gam 2.0 had the transition sounds but they were lost in 2.2
