moi si j'ai bien compris c'est lors de la première installe. une fois le xell installé. tu obtiens ta clé cpu. donc libre a toi d'installer ce que tu veux par la suite. par exemple le futur nouveau freeboot... donc l'attack hardware n'est plus nécessaire par la suite!

The latest case of a Xbox 360 gamer suing Microsoft has surfaced and this time the man filing the legal action is asking for a whopping $500 billion (with a from the company. The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports that David Stebbins from Arkansas filed a motion earlier this week in Seattle as he tries to use the terms of his Xbox Live contract against Microsoft. According to the story, Stebbins claims that on May 6 he sent a notice to Microsoft that he was "unilaterally amending the terms of service" of his Xbox Live contract. He also claimed that if Microsoft did not terminate his contract with him within 10 days, it would have to accept the new terms of service. In effect, Stebbins is trying to do what companies like Microsoft do when they change the terms of a contract with consumers. Most people receive emails with the new terms and blindly accept them without even reading them. Stebbins claims that after Microsoft didn't terminate the Xbox Live contract he then invited the company to have legal talks to discuss the case which he claims involve the $500 billion in damages. Microsoft didn't respond in which case Stebbins claims he is the automatic winner of that massive amount of money. The article points out that Stebbins has also filed lawsuits against a number of other businesses with similar terms. Many of those lawsuits have been dismissed by the courts. Yet Stebbins says he is not just sending out frivolous lawsuits for the heck of it, claiming, "My true goal is not to just harass, and it's not just to get rich. concerne le no jtag, profils moddés (ex:succés) et certainement les saves moddées (utilisées en ligne ex: gta, mw2,...), les jeux leakés(ex:gow3,halo reach,...) et utilisés avec votre profil sur une jtag etc... bref c'est un peu mon ressenti de mes dernières lectures sur divers forums.

oui il faut les 800pts avant le ban. et pour le message: oups cela n'aurait pas du arriver, vous avez découvert une faille. ce message, on l'obtient qd tu te connectes avec profil banni sur xbox.com. et que tu veux ajouter des points, tranfererer des licences... par exemple mais cela peut aussi arriver sur un profil clean donc pas de panique(mais là c'est juste un bug, il suffit de fermer ton explorateur et de le redemarer). ps: merci deaphroat pour la traduction

les bans sont en partie du à l'utilisation du no jtag et sur un forum us et d'autre aussi, on ne parle pas des carte prépayées etc pour ce côté là je penche plus pour la légende urbaine francaise lol

en toute logique : le message est envoyé par un bot donc c'est normal que tu l'ais reçu mais la date va rester au 31/12/9999!! Avant, il y avait un bug car le bot te mettait directement 48h de ban ou plus, je ne sais plus exactement mais la date disparaissait. ici ce n'est plus le cas. j'espere pour toi que cela fonctionnera mais ne rêve pas trop...
