Impossible De Downloader Un Fichier

Bonjour,

Je n'arrive pas à dowloader un fichier dans la rubrique

download. Chaque fois apres 1 minute d'attente je me retrouve avec un message

d'erreur et dans l'url: le fichier .rar par exemple.

pouvez vous m'aider
