Help With Config Pro

if i use config.ini everiting works just fine but when i try to edit config_pro.ini i get this "see pic" and the problem is i just cant figure it out and this is since i updated it from 2.3 to 3.1 can anyone help me.

Just try to re-install the full dash in this order 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2 patch.
