first - i don´t speak and understand french language

my problem:

i ´ve got a green xbox debug kit

i heard, that it possible to change it to normal box

what must i do?

ps. it is not possible to connect to the box per ftp - may be there is a mistake i made

If you want your xbox debug kit to work properly, you need to change the bios.

How have I to do this? , do I need really xdk and vs6 or can I do this in a other way
